I think that obesity, especially in children, is becoming an increasing problem nowadays. In fact, this is a current topic in the news since society is becoming afraid that obesity will become as extended as it has become in other countries such as the USA. It appears that children are eating less healthy and more fast food than they used to do a few years ago and that DVD players, computer games and mobile phones have replaced bikes and skateboards as birthday presents. Therefore, children exercise less and eat worse than they should and so it is not so uncommon nowadays to see overweight children.
